Inshape-Health and Fitnez, a fitness studio at Kilpauk, was relaunched on 26th June. The studio was inaugurated by Actor Riyaz Khan, Actress Sangeetha and Singer Krish. The studio has been customized with a larger training floor and better equipments.

Actor Riyaz Khan, the brand ambassador for the studio, said, “I have been working out at this center for quite sometime and the programmes that they offer are really amazing. This studio has been renovated with a much better ambience. The ambience is so great and pleasant that it would motivate people who never worked out at all.”

My prime focus was to provide the best workout space for my clients and now my dream has come true with the refreshed look of the Kilpauk branch which has emerged with, the additional facilities like infrared sauna, Recharge zone and Kids zone.”
The introduction of kids zone aims at taking care of the kids while the parents could hit the training floor.

The studio was started in 2003 and they have two branches in Chennai. They have expanded their Kilpauk Branch and have customized the studio with larger training floor, imported equipments, and additional facilities like kids’ zone, recharge zone, infrared sauna, physio-care unit, aerobics class, core class and salsa. They also offer facilities of dietician, physiotherapists, fitness experts, yoga, massage, steam and shower, cardio and wi-fi zone.
